Liability waiver and release for members & guests
Kinship Lois Park ("Lois Park") is committed to providing programs and activities in a safe manner. We hold the safety of Lois Park members, their guest(s) and dog(s) in high regard. Kinship Lois Park is intended to be used as an outlet for dogs and their owners to get exercise, develop a strong bond, and have a place for members to work with their dog(s) on basic training and obedience if they choose.
Dogs are allowed outside on our patio with a leash at all times. Our dog park is off leash. Dogs are not allowed inside.
Our drinks
We're proud of traditional beer, but it's more elegant and exceptional. We don't want to paint ourselves in a corner of offering only certain brews. Beer comes in a variety of different sized German style pint glasses, one representing a tall boy can. A few wines by the glass and cider are also available.

Great atmosphere and lots of fun things to do. Check out their website for family fun activities and events happening. Word is they will be expanding the food menu soon so keep an eye out. I tried 3 different beers and all were excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing them in a store.

Ashley knocked it out of the park for her first in person group event! Kinship was very hospitable and I dont know if I would have come here but I will certainly be back. Conveniently off the bike trail and they have a dog park! Looking forward to checking out their events in the future

Visited this place on a Wednesday night. Great venue right off the bike trail. Beer was good although I think local breweries are a little pricey but the bartender was very helpful. I was expecting mediocre bar food but was really impressed with the quality and quantity. The food selection is limited but the quality is top notch.

Literally love this place. I was confused upon arrival because I brought dogs and wasn't sure about dog park but to clarify for people.... Dog park is free, but but beer because it's FANTASTIC. You can put dogs in park and get plastic cup for beer inside. Food is amazing. We had pizza and wings and LOVED them. We will be back ASAP

Kinship is quickly a favorite! Des Moines and central Iowa haven't had a crisp and clean, family friendly, biker friendly, dog friendly brewery option. This is it! The beer is too notch. The staff is great and helpful. More than anything, there's a DOG PARK connected to it. And my daughter who is two loves to run around inside and out! Everything just feels fresh and cared for!
